Catalyze Robotics was founded to share what's actually required to bring a robotics product to commercial scale — not theory, but practice.
Ben Chostner is the founder of Catalyze Robotics. Before starting Catalyze, he was an early employee at Blue River Technology, where he led product development for See & Spray — a robotic, AI-powered crop management system that transformed how farmers manage weeds at scale.
See & Spray went from concept to commercial deployment, and Ben was in the room for all of it: the customer discovery, the product decisions, the go-to-market challenges, and the hard lessons about what separates robotics products that scale from those that don't.
That experience revealed a recurring pattern: technically excellent robotics companies failing to commercialize not because the technology wasn't ready, but because the business side wasn't. Catalyze Robotics exists to close that gap.
Commercialization is genuinely hard, and most teams haven't done it before. Business viability needs to be baked in from the beginning.
Catalyze provides the roadmap: structured frameworks, honest assessments, and hands-on advisory support from someone who has navigated the same journey.
Whether you're evaluating your readiness to scale or need strategic support through commercialization, let's talk.
